If you feel you have a good sense of who we work with, how we help and you'd like to explore possibilities of my helping you achieve your goals, Lighthouseplease give me a call or email me.

The first thing we do is simply find out a little bit more about you, your business and some of the issues that you're facing. If we feel there's some kind of a fit, then we set up another appointment either by phone or in person.

We actually begin work with you at this point. We will ask about your long and short-term goals, your accomplishments, and the challenges you are facing. We start with the end in mind and ask what you want to achieve with our business. We’ll ask about your customers and what you do for them, as well as about how you make decisions and the actions you take. We will also talk about our process, the outcomes for you, and what is expected from you as a valued client.

If we both feel it’s right to go further, we do a proposal. These first meetings, of course, are complimentary.

When we start work, we give you one or more assessments depending on your needs about your business, personality traits and communication style - to give both of us a snapshot of the state of your business and a priorities of areas for us to work on together. As coaches, we are interested in your thinking about your business, and we run along side of you as you learn to ride your metaphorical bicycle and grow your business. As consultants we suggest the type of bike or tires to buy, and as mentors we can tell you how other people are handling their bikes.
Please feel free to call or send me an email. I would love the opportunity to talk with you.

Visit our blog http://richardraymondassociates.blogspot.com/ to get an even greater sense of our approach, what we want for our clients, and whether there is a good fit. We not only like working with people with whom there is common ground, but also find we can better help them achieve greater results.

And, we acknowledge your initiative in taking a step to make a difference!

To build a high-performance team that is concerned with the success of your business you must have people who love the work they do and have a high degree of learned self-awareness. Team members need to be included in decisions that impact the growth and success of the organization, which fulfills their need for self- actualization. In addition, critical team members need to have the opportunity for profit sharing or obtaining equity in the business. And because people do not work solely for a paycheck, you need to care about and support their larger goals if you want them to care about your business’s larger goals. Take the time to talk with your employees, and find out what their 5-year goals are.
